Career

An original employee of The Staubach Company and member of the executive team, Ka helped grow the company from a small boutique commercial real estate firm in 1978 to a $500 million multinational commercial real estate services firm that successfully merged with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in July of 2008. 

Ka has shared her business knowledge with many non profits in Dallas including: YWCA/WiNGS Board Chair; Perot Museum of Nature and Science Building Committee and Advisory Board; UTD Center for BrainHealth Advisory Board Chair; UTD President’s Council; and 4wordwomen.org Advisory Board. 

Areas of Ka’s expertise span the specialties of corporate real estate, sales, growth strategies for service firms, customer service and non profit development and community engagement.  She continues her lengthy experience and passion for mentoring and coaching professionals to help them reach their full potential. 

Leading teams is definitely a strength of Ka’s. Her 25+ year career spans the positions of Top Revenue Producing Broker, Regional Manager, National Accounts Manager, Division President, International President and Vice Chair, Director.

Ka has a degree in Business Education from Washburn University and post graduate classes from SMU, Harvard Executive Programs, Coach Academy International and multiple commercial real estate schools.
